The Bank Directors' College was founded by former Texas Banking Commissioner Catherine A. Ghiglieri and by former OCC Deputy Comptroller for the Western District Jewell D. Hoover.
Catherine Ghiglieri has over 25 years of bank regulatory experience, including 18 years with the Comptroller of the Currency. Ms. Ghiglieri has a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from Georgia State University. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Jewell D. Hoover has over 28 years of bank regulatory experience with the Comptroller of the Currency.
