FFFFFFFormer senior banking regulators will present information designed to help new bank directors to become effective board members quickly.  Participants will learn how to minimize their liability and what regulations they should concentrate on initially.  Participants will be given tools to review board packets, to ask effective questions at board meetings, and to research questions that arise.
